Although there are many choices in education today, we at Tabernacle Christian Center Academy have found the A.C.E School of Tomorrow program has the best curriculum to help our students reach their potentials.

ACE Concepts

The Accelerated Christian Education follows 5 Basic Laws of Learning:
  •     A child must be at a level where he can perform. 
  •     He must have reasonable goals.
  •     His learning must be controlled, and he must be motivated.
  •     His learning must be measurable.
  •     His learning must be rewarded. 

The ACE Curriculum Commitment

 The ACE curriculum assures parents of:
  • A solid, mastery, back-to-basics education for their child
  • A course of study diagnostically individualized to meet a student’s specific learning needs and capabilities.
  • A program incorporating Scripture, Godly character building, and wisdom principles.
  • A curriculum using advance computer-technology to help ensure the fines education possible in today’s high-tech climate.

Individualization

A student entering the Accelerated Christian Education curriculum for the first time is given a diagnostic test to determine his precise educational performance level. These tests also identify learning gaps. The student is 
then prescribed academic material to strengthen his specific weaknesses. He succeeds because he receives curriculum that meets his needs and then challenges him to achieve to a higher academic performance level. Learning is constant, and time is the variable. Every child is able to learn at his own rate, and he is able to master the material before moving ahead.

Mastery Learning

In the Learning Center, each student moves ahead only when he has demonstrated mastery. Because each child builds upon concepts he fully understands and progresses when he is academically prepared for the next step, his knowledge and skill retention improves. Mastery is foundation for future learning and leads to academic achievement.

Character Building

More important than academic success is character training that prepares students to meet challenges and opportunities in today’s world. Accelerated Christian Education embeds sixty character traits into the curriculum and presents role models who display and uphold high standards of personal character strength.
